Joey’s Kitchen Truck was absolutely amazing! I had the chicken Caesar wrap and an Italian ice, and both were incredible. The wrap was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made, and the Italian ice was the perfect refreshing treat. Joey was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even gave us a sample of his Philly cheesesteak, and it was delicious! You can really tell he takes pride in his food and cares about his customers. I highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be back!

My siblings and I always noticed the truck but never had time to go there. We finally stopped by and was greeted kindly by Joey. We ordered the Chicken Ceaser wrap and the Mozzarella sticks and we witnessed him make it all FRESH! We also got the Watermelon and Strawberry Lemonade italian ice and it was delicious especially in this hot temperature. Will definitely go there again to support and munch on the fantastic food.

Excellent Philly Cheesesteaks remind me of home and boy, did Joey's Kitchen take me back to Philadelphia. Sandwich was perfectly prepared, filled with meat and cheese. The perfect combination! I am so glad I found them. If you haven't stopped by before you are definitely missing out!

First tried them at the first annual italian festival in Wellington in 2025 and couldn’t remember the name and have been searching for them ever since. Had to wait til 2026 italian festival to get my hands on the best beef sandwich I’ve had in my life. I love a good Philly cheesesteak (or just a thin shredded beef, cheese and onions sandwich in general), I could eat one every day of my life if it were possible and not get tired of them. I’ve had bad ones I’ve had good ones and the ones they make here are GREAT ones. The beef is flavorful and juicy enough to stand up on its own, not dry at all like some can get with thinly shredded beef. It’s phenomenal, plain and simple. They put a healthy amount of cheese, to where it doesn’t overpower the beef but you get a beautiful cheese pull with every bite. The meat to cheese ratio is perfect. The caramelized onions are the icing on this cake, but what sends this sandwich to the next level is their bread choice. It’s a nice soft doughy roll that melts in your mouth along with all the other accompaniments. It isn’t dry by any stretch but it also holds together very well and serves as the perfect vessel to deliver the goods home. My mouth i
